इंडिगो पाउडर से बाल काले करने का सही तरीका –
बालों को काला रंग (Black color) देने के लिए इंडिगो पाउडर लगाने के 3 मुख्य तरीके हैं, आप अपनी जरूरत और सुविधानुसार तरीका चुन सकते हैं। बालों को रंगने के बाद अगले कुछ दिनों तक इंडिगो का रंग ऑक्सीडाइज होता है जिससे रंग और डार्क होता है। ऑक्सीडाइज होने के बाद ही बालों में सही नेचुरल रंग दिखता है। इंडिगो पाउडर के पेस्ट में 1 छोटा चम्मच नमक मिला देने से रंग अच्छा चढ़ता है
इंडिगो पाउडर के उपयोग से बाल काले करे
1) बालों में केवल इंडिगो पाउडर लगाना –
अगर आपके बालों का प्राकृतिक रंग गहरा काला है तो आप अपने सफेद बालों को रंगने के लिए सीधे इंडिगो पाउडर लगा सकते हैं। आपको इसके साथ कोई अन्य चीज मिलाने की जरूरत नहीं है। आप अपने बालों की लंबाई के हिसाब से इंडिगो पाउडर एक कांच, स्टील या लोहे के बर्तन में इंडिगो पाउडर ले लीजिए।
अब थोड़ा सा पानी गर्म कर लीजिए, पानी को उबालने की जरूरत नहीं है। गर्म पानी में इंडिगो पाउडर को मिलाने से यह अच्छे से मिक्स हो जाता है। इसे अच्छे से मिलाकर पेस्ट बना लीजिए और 15 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दीजिए। इसके बाद बालों को 2-3 हिस्सों में बांटकर बालों में इंडिगो पाउडर पेस्ट लगाइए।
इसे कम से कम 1 घंटे लगे रहने दीजिए। उसके बाद बालों को केवल ठंडे पानी से धोकर पेस्ट को अच्छे से धो दीजिए। तौलिए से सुखाते समय बहुत रगड़कर न पोंछे बल्कि तौलिए से दबाकर पानी सोख लें और फिर बाल सूखने दें।
2) मेहंदी और इंडिगो पाउडर मिलाकर लगाना –
अगर आपके बालों का रंग भूरा (ब्राउन) है तो आप मेहंदी (हिना) में इंडिगो पाउडर मिलाकर लगायें। इस तरीके में बाल कलर करने के लिए जितना मेहंदी पाउडर लें उसकी आधी मात्रा में इंडिगो पाउडर लीजिए। मेहंदी और इंडिगो पाउडर गरम पानी से मिलाकर पेस्ट बना लीजिए। इसे कम से कम 15-20 मिनट रख दें, इसके बाद बालों में अच्छी तरह से लगा लें। ये पेस्ट कम से कम 1 घंटा लगा रहने दें फिर साफ, ठंडे पानी से धोकर बाल सूखने दें।
3) मेहंदी से कलर करने के बाद इंडिगो पाउडर लगाना –
इस तरीके से बाल रंगने के बाद कई दिनों तक बालों का काला रंग बना रहता है लेकिन इस तरह से रंगने में समय लगता है। इसमें पहले मेहंदी पाउडर का पेस्ट बनाकर बालों में लगाते हैं, फिर 1 घंटे बाद पानी से धोकर बाल सूखने देते हैं। मेहंदी से कलर करने पर बाल लाल-ऑरेंज कलर के हो जाते हैं, इसके ऊपर इंडिगो पाउडर लगाने से अच्छा रंग चढ़ता है।
बालों के अच्छी तरह से सूख जाने के कुछ घंटों बाद इंडिगो पाउडर का पेस्ट बालों में लगायें और सूखने के बाद पानी से धोएं। ये दोनों कलर एक ही दिन में करना होता है।
इस तरह से अच्छा काला-डार्क ब्राउन रंग बालों में चढ़ जाता है जोकि देखने में नेचुरल, अच्छा लगता है और जल्दी छूटता भी नहीं है।
इंडिगो पाउडर लगाने में सावधानियाँ – Precautions for Indigo
इस बात का ध्यान दें कि बाल कलर करने से पहले बहुत गंदे न हो जिससे रंग अच्छे से चढ़ सके।
अगर आपके बालों में तेल लगा हो तो कलर करने से एक दिन पहले शैम्पू करके बालों से तेल छुड़ा लें।
इंडिगो पाउडर के पेस्ट में कोई तेल न मिलायें, इससे रंग ठीक से नहीं चढ़ पाएगा।
जिस दिन आपने बाल शैम्पू किया हो उस दिन बाल में इंडिगो पाउडर नहीं लगायें, 2-3 दिन बाद ही लगायें।
बालों को रंगने के लिए प्लास्टिक के दस्ताने या कलर लगाने का ब्रश इस्तेमाल कीजिए जिससे कि यह पेस्ट बालों की जड़ों से लेकर सिरे तक अच्छे से लग जाए।
इंडिगो और मेहंदी प्राकृतिक रंग है, इसे लगाने के बाद अगर आप उसी दिन शैम्पू करेंगे तो इसका रंग सही से नहीं चढ़ेगा। इसलिए इस तरह से बाल कलर करने के कम से कम 2-3 दिन बाद ही बालों को शैम्पू करें!

The right way to darken hair with indigo powder
There are 3 main methods of applying indigo powder to give black color to the hair, you can choose the method according to your need and convenience. After dyeing the hair, the color of indigo oxidizes for the next few days, which causes the color to darken. It is only after oxidizing that the correct natural color appears in the hair. Adding 1 teaspoon of salt to the paste of indigo powder enhances the color

1) Applying only indigo powder to the hair –
If your natural hair color is dark black then you can directly apply indigo powder to color your white hair. You don't need to mix anything else with it. According to the length of your hair, take indigo powder in a glass, steel or iron vessel.
Now heat some water, there is no need to boil the water. Mixing indigo powder in hot water mixes it well. Mix it well and make a paste and leave it for 15 minutes. After this, divide the hair into 2-3 parts and apply indigo powder paste in the hair.
Let it stay for at least 1 hour. After that wash the hair only with cold water and wash off the paste thoroughly. When drying with a towel, do not wipe it with a lot of rubbing, but absorb the water by pressing it with a towel and then let the hair dry.
2) Applying by mixing henna and indigo powder –
If your hair color is brown, then you can apply henna by mixing indigo powder in it. In this method, take indigo powder in half the amount of henna powder you take to color your hair. Make a paste by mixing henna and indigo powder with hot water. Keep it for at least 15-20 minutes, after that apply it well in the hair. Leave this paste on for at least 1 hour, then wash it with clean, cold water and let the hair dry.
3) Applying indigo powder after coloring with henna –
After dyeing the hair in this way, the black color of the hair remains for several days but it takes time to dye it in this way. In this, first make a paste of henna powder and apply it in the hair, then after 1 hour wash it with water and let the hair dry. On coloring with henna, the hair becomes red-orange in color, applying indigo powder on it gives a good color.
After a few hours of drying the hair thoroughly, apply a paste of indigo powder on the hair and wash it with water after drying. Both these colors have to be done in the same day.
In this way, the nice black-dark brown color gets absorbed into the hair, which looks natural, feels good and does not leave easily.
Precautions while applying Indigo Powder – Precautions for Indigo
Make sure that the hair should not be very dirty before coloring so that the color can go well.
If your hair is oily, then shampoo your hair a day before coloring to get the oil out of the hair.
Do not add any oil to the indigo powder paste, it will not allow the color to rise properly.
Do not apply indigo powder on the day you shampoo your hair, apply only after 2-3 days.
To color the hair, use plastic gloves or a coloring brush so that this paste is well applied from the roots to the ends of the hair.
Indigo and henna are natural colors, after applying it, if you shampoo on the same day, then its color will not go well. Therefore, shampoo the hair at least 2-3 days after coloring hair in this way!
